MovieVeda respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. What MovieVeda Does

MovieVeda is an informational website that provides:

Important: MovieVeda does not host, upload, store, or distribute any movie or TV series files. We do not control the content on third-party websites that we link to. All content accessible through external links is provided by those third parties, not by MovieVeda.

4. Contact Information

Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Good Faith Statement

6. Accuracy Statement

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice to ensure it meets the requirements outlined above
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or link
  3. Notify the user who posted the content or link (if applicable) that we have removed or disabled access to the material
  4. Take reasonable steps to notify any relevant third-party sites if appropriate

Please note that we may forward your DMCA notice, including your contact information, to the party that posted the allegedly infringing content or link.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which MovieVeda may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy

MovieVeda will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
